“Hands down the best house sitter, puppy walker, and puppy adventurer in Alaska.”
"Mel is AMAZING! It’s almost impossible to find someone who loves your fur babies as much as their human does. Well that’s Mel. She has been house sitting for us for a couple of years now. Bentley & Yoda LOVE when they get to go on adventures and spend time with her. There is no one we would trust more and we recommend you all day everyday💜 They always have a blast with you! Hands down the best house sitter, puppy walker, and puppy adventurer in Alaska." - Shannon P
“Violet’s behavioral changes are HUGE, and literally the only variable that has changed is Melanie”
"My dog Violet has been kind of a jerk towards other people when we walk for the last three years of her life. It made walking her anxiety-inducing whenever I’d see someone headed our way on the trail, and I avoided taking her to certain places to reduce encounters. I have tried a bunch of different training techniques; treats and toys apparently weren’t as much fun as terrorizing toddlers. Melanie started walking Violet only a couple of months ago and the behavior is almost non-existent now. I feel like I can trust Violet around her most hated nemesis: children screaming and flailing. I think Violet’s happier and more confident and doesn’t feel the need to react anymore. She is worn out from her treks, and I know she prefers the outdoor experiences to the daycare she was (great daycare, but I think Violet turned into a potato every day when I dropped her off). Violet’s behavioral changes are HUGE, and literally the only variable that has changed is Melanie. As long as she will work with Violet, she has my business." - Valarie C
